Executive Vice President and General Counsel
Martin D. Litt joined us as Executive Vice President and General Counsel in July of 2008. Mr. Litt began his legal career with Skadden Arps in 1991 and joined the law firm of Holme Roberts & Owen LLP in Denver in 1993. Mr. Litt was a partner at Holme Roberts & Owen and also served on the firm's Executive Committee. While at Holme Roberts, Mr. Litt focused his practice on commercial litigation and antitrust. He served as outside counsel to Intrepid while at Holme Roberts.
Mr. Litt holds a B.A. from Amherst College, magna cum laude, and a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, cum laude. | |
