Mr. Whitham has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Enduring Resources, LLC, a privately held company focused on the acquisition and exploitation of upstream energy assets, since 2005, and serves on its board of directors. From 1991 to 2005, Mr. Whitham served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Westport Resources Corp., a publicly traded oil and gas exploration and production company and served on its board of directors. Mr. Whitham also serves on the board of directors of Ensign Energy Services Inc. Mr. Whitham has management and director experience with operations and management of public companies and business experience in the energy and extractive industries. Mr. Whitham’s experience with companies in the energy and extractive industries provides the Board with a unique perspective into these industries, which we serve through sales of potash, water, and other oilfield solutions.
